Dr. Fu Sheng (付昇 博士)

Dr. Fu Sheng's academic journey began in China, where he earned his Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS) and practiced as an anesthesiologist, before moving to Singapore to complete his Ph.D. in Medical Physics.

With over 14 years of distinguished service at SingHealth—Singapore’s largest public healthcare cluster—Dr. Fu accumulated extensive expertise in healthcare management, cross-border clinical collaboration, and international medical exchange. Driven by these insights, he founded APAHMI to build a world-class platform.

Deeply committed to shaping the next generation of global medical talent, Dr. Fu serves as a Visiting Professor at Chongqing Medical University, Jilin University, and Hainan Medical University. He serves on the overseas editorial boards of the Chinese Journal of Pediatrics and the Advanced Clinical Engineering Journal, and has been a member of the Pediatric Acute & Critical Care Medicine Asian Network (PACCMAN) since 2015.
